Description

The super creamy gel auto liner glides on smoothly and gives precise, high pigment definition. Excellent for tightlining as it won't transfer to lower lid. The formula gives you a little play time if you want to smudge or thin the line, then it sets to a defiant finish that won't smear or bleed. 12-hour wear, Waterproof and smudge proof. No sharpen retractable pencil has airtight cap to prevent dry out.

How To Use

Accent and define upper and lower eyelids with pencil. Quickly smudge or refine the line before it sets. Remove with makeup remover on a cotton pad. Replace cap securely after each use.
